With a total development value of £22 million, the project reflects a substantial mixed-use residential and commercial development, combining quality housing with vibrant, functional commercial space to create a thriving, self-sustaining community.

This project involved the conversion of an existing House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) into 4 no. two-bedroom self-contained flats, delivered at a contract value of £400k. The scheme transformed a shared-occupancy building into high-quality, independent living accommodation, providing each unit with its own self-contained facilities while making efficient use of the existing building footprint.

This project involved the redevelopment of a 5-acre former brownfield dairy site into 48 consented residential units, delivered across two phases of work with a total development value of £12 million. The scheme successfully reclaimed and repurposed underutilised former agricultural land, transforming it into a substantial new residential community while addressing the site’s brownfield legacy.

This project comprised the refurbishment of an existing pharmacy, together with the renovation and change of use of the adjacent building to create two flats, alongside the provision of in-house training rooms, at an estimated construction cost of £900,000. The scheme combined commercial refurbishment with residential conversion and dedicated training facilities, making effective use of the existing buildings to deliver a versatile, multi-use development.

This project involved the conversion and reconfiguration of an existing five-bedroom terraced dwelling to provide a 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom House in Multiple Occupation (HMO), at an estimated construction cost of £200,000. The scheme made efficient use of the existing building fabric, reconfiguring the internal layout to maximise bedroom numbers while ensuring each room benefits from high-quality en-suite bathroom facilities.
